WoowEgypt – Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of www.woowegypt.com (“Website”). By placing an order through the Website, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

1.1 WoowEgypt accepts returns strictly for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.
1.2 The Customer must notify WoowEgypt of any defect within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
1.3 Returned products must be provided in their original packaging and with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
1.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, WoowEgypt will determine whether the product is defective.
1.5 If the product is confirmed defective, the Customer shall be entitled to:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost; or

  • A full refund of the purchase price.
    1.6 In cases of confirmed defects, WoowEgypt shall bear all shipping and return delivery charges.

2. Returns and Exchanges for Non-Defective Products

2.1 WoowEgypt permits returns or exchanges of non-defective products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
2.3 For returns or exchanges of non-defective items, the Customer shall be solely responsible for all delivery, pick-up, and return shipping charges, which are calculated based on the Customer’s location.
2.4 Refunds for non-defective returns will be processed only after the product has been received and inspected by WoowEgypt and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

3. Ineligible Items

3.1 Certain categories of products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety standards, including but not limited to:

  • Undergarments

  • Personal care products

  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable
    3.2 WoowEgypt reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the standards outlined in this Policy.

4. Return & Exchange Procedure

4.1 To initiate a return or exchange, the Customer must contact WoowEgypt’s customer support team at [insert email/WhatsApp/contact details].
4.2 The Customer must provide the order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
4.3 WoowEgypt will provide the Customer with instructions regarding the pick-up or drop-off process.
4.4 Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
5.2 Processing times may vary depending on the Customer’s bank or payment service provider and typically range between three (3) to seven (7) business days.
5.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed defective products.

6. Amendments

WoowEgypt reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Website.
